The reception with cash bar and heavy hors d'oeuvres will begin at 6. The speaking program is scheduled to begin at 6:45. This will consist of an introduction of the president followed by his remarks. At the end of the event, guests can tour the Smart Home exhibit, "the greenest home in Chicago".
